The tea cloaked in secrecy. How it is made, we cannot say. We can only confirm that it is amazing.
Also called ‘Moonlight Beauty’, this white hails mainly from Simao, Yunnan. It’s said that it’s harvested after midnight and before sunrise. Only fresh, strong, and healthy single buds are picked and then dried by wind without any leaf coverage. The initial process has to be done within one day without being exposed to sunlight, which is why it gains this name. The special techniques are kept secret. The front sides of the tea leaves are black while the back side is white. The top of the buds is white and bright. It tastes smooth and sweet with a light aroma. This tea also eases an angry liver.
